“We enjoyed our time at Twycross Zoo using the tickets bought here. However I was surprised to find you have to subscribe and pay to activate the return tickets for the zoo. As this was a one time purchase I will end up paying more than expected for the yearly 'free' passes. I would have paid for tickets directly with the zoo if I had known this.”

“A last minute decision with my granddaughters, 13 and 9.Arrived on a chilly morning to find a busy carpark and plenty of families. Lovely to see and so easy and efficient to enter the zoo its self. Animals well spaced with informative info about them. Lots of busy picnic areas. A good 2.5 hours. Could have spent longer but getting cold.”

“Brilliant- such good fun. My grandchildren range from age 8 - 15, so it is difficult to choose activities that suit them all, the Upside Down House ticked all the boxes and we then had great fun editing the photos.. I have already recommended this activity to my friends with grandchildren.”

“All the staff were friendly and helpful. Those in character were jolly and very much in character. My grand daughter was very taken with them. The opportunity to meet and hug PB was particularly well received. The only negative was the very high cost of food after the tour. Almost outrageous.”

“I have had a mixed experience with this pass. The BeWILDerwood tickets discount is great and well worth it, but then I tried to get the 15% discount for the Merlin group. I was booking tickets for Alton Towers splash park and there was only £1 off the original online price of £24 which is definitely not 15% as listed on the DOWTK website and then the charge for the parking was £13 instead of £8 which was the price listed without going through DOWTK pass, so with the pass it would actually cost me more!! This is false advertising in my book and should not be allowed.”
