Prices can be 50% less than average or even free for kids, customer service team are amazing making any situations feel less stressful and complicated. “Good value tickets easy to use, I printed mine out. Spent about four hours at zoo. No information about feeding times to be found. Staff didn't know either when asked. Most of the animals were visible and active. Would use 'DAY OUT WITH THE KIDS' again”
