Waste of a huge amount of money on a shabby, dirty train with little to recommend it. Do yourself a favour and buy a ticket for the standard train (Scotrail) that travels that line - you’ll spend a fraction of the cost, get a much better view from the bigger windows, be more comfortable and less crowded. If you want to see the viaduct and the steam train going over it, you can time a walk there and look up. Wish wish wish someone had told me this before I forked out. You are all welcome.

Very disappointed Lightning so poor makes you feel like you entering in to a nightclub Not safe & not organised as Unexperienced teenagers are running the all business. It’s a shame because is a massive place with good design.

Absolutely terrible cinema. No spare projector. In the middle of the film we were taken out and given the money back because the bulb of the projector exploded and all the other projectors were busy. The security guy mentioned that we should be happy that we had entertainment and we get the money back. What a terrible experience and a terrible cinema.

I walked through the park this morning, went to the ladies toilet to find not one toilet working, at all. They were clogged up as obviously others had done the same thing. Pretty poor for a tourist attraction.

The account of this beach on your website is dangerously wrong .. there is no easy safe access. The access is made by abseiling down a rope installed by locals since the dangerous cliffs collapsed. The local coastguard warn against attempting this descent (and ascent) since a landslides during the pandemic took away the new metal stairway. Need to stand well away from the cliffs at all times .. someone was hammering the rocks for fossils causing another collapse & they had to be rescued by helicopter Only parking for 6 in small lay-by at top of 800ft cliffs with double yellow lines elsewhere as Lane very narrow. (See 2 pics) No facilities at top or bottom of 800 ft cliff and very uneven & steep ground between. Nearest toilet provision Staithes. Shops in Hinderwell & Staithes. Access can be made at low tide from Staithes .. yesterday someone was trapped by the rising tide and was rescued by Staithes and Runswick RNLI “ Launched at 2:15pm Friday 29th April after reports of a person cut off by the tide at Port Mulgrave. The lifeboat crew located the casualty, recovered him to the lifeboat and landed him safely at Staithes.”

Absolutely disgusted by the attitude. Tried to cancel the adult night. with plenty of notice. Due to our accommodation canceling on us through covid. Totally dismissed and refused a refund. Due to work commitments. Can't guarantee. Another date. Another company cashing in from the misery caused covid. Won't rebook. And would recommend you avoid this place like Covid. Absolutely 💯 shocking. 😡😡🤬

Shocking. Kittens been locked in a cage for 8 months because they do not want them. Selling them at a very high price. All animals look sick, not looked after. Play area looks worse than my abandoned garden
