“like so many companies nowadays, the problems start when you want to withdraw. Because ive had a succession of health issues, i used a credit card that i knew would expire before renewal as a fail safe if i forgot due to health issues. Didn't stop them at all. They can fraudulently take money from an invalid credit card, and renew even without confirmation via on screen pink button, and provide no confirmation of renewed membership to check.”

“The initial draw of this service was multiple discounts offered to Harry Potter Studios. It was listed as 20% off of Tickets and Transport. Upon reading this you would assume that it was on solely tickets as well as transport, as opposed to tickets with transport. This was the misrepresentation, as the sentence before mentioned multiple discounts. The customer service are unreachable, and there is no telephone to them. I know this is petty but I want a refund of the £1 I paid initially, as they obviously charge this for their trial as they realise everyone will cancel. Don't waste your money.”

“It would have been a 5 star review as the course is lovely and my kids enjoyed it. However I think it’s disgusting that I was made to pay when I wasn’t actually participating in the game I was only there to supervise my children who are all minors and wouldn’t have been able to go round without supervision. If this rule is to be implemented then all staff working should be dbs checked to ensure that minors are safe to go around alone without adult supervision and the park should also take responsibility for minors when they are forcing adults not to supervise. As a person with disabilities preventing them from playing this is a disgusting park and rule. Would not advise going if your children want to play and you don’t. I’d advise going else where.”

“Presently, I have just paid for a years membership. It isn't showing at their end. I asked if it takes 24 hours to process & was asked lots of info with no reply about my queries & the customer service person ended very rude with something about I can't get a refund without cancelling a membership goodbye. But it's not even showing I'm a member. Hopefully, I'll get a confirmation email tomorrow or will have to contact the bank etc after 24 hours. Not a very nice attitude & can't contact them again as the last communication stays stuck. Just added stress to what I had hoped would be fun!”

“I completed a 20 minutes phone survey in exchange of a free lifetime pass. No one has contacted me, so I contacted them on Facebook and via the app, but they ignored my messages. It’s ridiculously outrageous when a business doesn’t honour a small promise. How can they be trusted!”
