Presently, I have just paid for a years membership. It isn't showing at their end. I asked if it takes 24 hours to process & was asked lots of info with no reply about my queries & the customer service person ended very rude with something about I can't get a refund without cancelling a membership goodbye. But it's not even showing I'm a member. Hopefully, I'll get a confirmation email tomorrow or will have to contact the bank etc after 24 hours. Not a very nice attitude & can't contact them again as the last communication stays stuck. Just added stress to what I had hoped would be fun!
