“Dannell's have been our go to supplier since we started our lampshade business. They are always reliable, fairly priced, full of good advice and their customer service is perfect. Particular shout out to Diane who always responds quickly and sorts out any issues or queries. Can't recommend you guys enough and will always come back.”

“I am very impressed with Dannell's - I was after lampshade kits and not only was the Customer Service department extremely helpful, the service was great, the product was exactly what I wanted, it was good value for money and finally the videos on the website were very very helpful. After my initial purchase, I went back three more times and will continue to buy from them. I was just amazed how easy it was for me to use the kits - being a complete novice - and to produce really very professional shades and frankly, if I can do it, anyone can. It is very rare to have such a very positive and pleasant experience. Thank you.”

“Dannells were so helpful. They sent me samples so I could decide what I needed, and gave me lots of helpful advice. Dianne was especially helpful as she phoned me shortly after I placed an order online to advise me that I had not ordered the right thing. She sorted it out immediately for me. They had the order ready for me to collect within a couple of hours. Amazing service.”

“Excellent service. Lampshade kits arrived quickly and everything included. Very easy to make up; friends asked me whether I had been on a course! Got a lampshade in my choice of fabric for a fraction of the cost in the shops.”
