“Fast and good customer service. Wish the prices included tax as it’s sometimes a shock when checking out with the addition of postage and tax going onto the bill.”

“Excellent, responsive service. Note the email response time below is not representative as I live in New Zealand. Given the time difference the response time was excellent.”

“I purchased a roll of lampshade parchment and am extremely pleased with it. The description including explanation of the non flammability testing was helpful. Postage and packing also rated highly. I have been looking for this for sometime without success until now. At last I have been able to make new lampshades for a treasured lamp.”
