“Prompt service”

“Ordered some parchment lamp material to repair a large floor standing lamp. The material was an excellent match to the original. I get the impression Dannell’s is a proper old fashioned retailer as it provides excellent customer service. The material can be purchased by length and is hand cut and packaged. Despatch was timely and, although it took a little longer than I expected to prepare and despatch (I now realise because it’s prepared by a person not a robot), Dannell’s provided regular updates. In summary, excellent service all round and a good quality product.”

“The website is a bit slow and difficult to find what you want. Similar items are scattered. Otherwise the service was good and items well packaged.”

“The email doesn't tell me WHAT I bought from you, so how the hell can I review it. You didn't think this system through, did you? Two stars for being dreadful at customer research!”
