“I am new to lampshade making and have just completed my first two shades. The staff at Dannell’s couldn’t have been more helpful answering my many questions . I can honestly say that I haven’t come across such excellent customer service in years. Their products are also excellent with clear instructions and their on line video instructions are incredibly clear and helpful. Delivery was prompt. Good quality and well priced. If I could give them 10 stars I would!”

“I have used Darnell’s lampshade kits in the past and found them very good and easy to use. Unfortunately this time the bottom rings provided were slightly bigger than the top resulting in the seam being skewed. The rings are supposed to be the same for a drum lampshade.”

“The lights were fine, although the batteries needed changing almost immediately. Also, I wonder when Dannells could improve their packaging to make it more sustainable. Still lots of plastic tape on the box.”
