“I had tried everywhere to find an oval picture frame to frame a painting that I had done of my grandaughter. Finally,I found the perfect shabby chic frame at Dannells.Its beautifully carved and excellent quality. Dannells delivered promptly,and their all round service was perfect. I would definately recommend. Kathy x”

“recently bought a manufacturing pack from you after buying some kits. Only not 5 stars because I felt the packing boxes were not quite sturdy enough and were in a pretty sorry state when they got here. Some of the backing sheets were a bit bashed on the corners though luckily only on the strips that are removed. Also the tape was different than in the original kits, it had a clear backing and was much thicker and unpleasantly sticky quite hard to use compared with the original.”

“Terrible website - so user unfriendly and lady who emails in response to queries is awful too. I have asked on numerous occasions for help with ordering as website is so bad . She simply refers me to website ! Last time I ordered it took 4 emails before she gave me any useful information. She is curt to the point of rudeness. Terrible organisation. I will go elsewhere in future. Product was fine when I got it so just the website and Diane who lets it down.”
