“Not only is there product good their customer service is amazing. Contacted them a couple of times now for advice and they are so friendly and helpful. Lampshades look very professional, I enjoy making them and even family are putting in orders.”

“I have purchased items from Dannells several times and have always been delighted with the products. The range and choice on offer is second to none. Also, recently when there was a very slight slip-up with the wrong colour of lampshade lining material being supplied as part of my order, Diane at Dannells was quick to respond and sent out the right component immediately. It's great to deal with a company which cares about their customers and the service they provide. I'll definitely continue to shop with them, as I am delighted with their service and their products. 5 stars Dannells - keep up the good work - absolutely recommend!”
