“Fantastic service and product. There was a delay in my item being delivered but this was to do with the Royal Mail strikes so not the companies fault. Excellent product made Christmas gifts with my purchase. Will be purchasing from Dannells in the very near future, and definitely recommend to friends and family. Well done 👏”

“Amazingly high quality of products and an immaculate and friendly customer service. I am really happy to have discovered you and shall come back for more materials soon. Your self adhesive panel was so easy to use - the kiss cuts made it chid’s play.The shade I made with my daughter is beautiful! “As I wrote to you at the time, your combined help of members of staff to assist me finding exactly what I was needing was invaluable and very much appreciated. I was a bit disappointed that I will have to make a smallish order now as I was short of 11 cradles for the 25cm empire frames for a very large order made previously. so large that I missed the lack of the 11 cradles. But not to worry. I am always happy to buy from your friendly and very helpful staff.”

“Excellent quality item. I am surprised that when searching lamp defuser on Google, your company did come in the results. Google was showing expensive defusers. Your price is responsible and and thick quality. I had to dig down in the search. You have quality items, please work on your marketing.”

“I have had 3 occasions in the last month where I have been very impressed with Danells amazing customer service. There are very few companies now that will answer every telephone call and do their best to help solve a problem straight away. I really appreciate it and have to say they are brilliant.”

“I ordered 2 packs of lantern kits. However with the postal strikes there was a delay. I contacted customer services a couple of times and they got back to me straight away. The items arrived, well packaged and contents and quality as expected. I will definitely be purchasing from them again and would happily recommend to friends and family. Well done 🙂”
