“Probably my fourth order so I am happy to some extent. Website sometimes hard to negotiate. Delivery times never next day despite the premiums. Packaging really useful for re-use but HUUUUGE for smaller items.”

“My two lampshade kits arrived quickly and safely. Although there were instructions included, I watched the Dannell lampshade making video on Youtube to be sure that I would get it right when I made up the kits. There were no problems and I found that I made the second shade even faster than the first. I am very pleased with the results and believe that my effort is as good as a professionally made shade.”
