“Easy to order from even to Singapore. They sorted out the quotation for the shipping as fast as they could. I got the material in less than a week, that is pretty amazing. Very friendly in communication and customer service!”

“Well what can I say, I bought 3 lampshade kits from you which I am happy with but the problem is I live in France. My lampshade kits came to £35.00 but to have them delivered by DHL for 29.90 euros is a rip off and feel very annoyed that I have practically paid double for the privilege. Why can’t you use Royal Mail. The delivery costs should be shown up front before placing an order. I will not be using you again.”

“Customer service non existent if you are not satisfied with quality of a product. Ordered Chic fabric but not happy with quality and colours and whilst I can appreciate companies don't like to refund on cut fabric this is not because I changed my mind but due to poor quality. Now have over £90.00 of unusable fabric at a cost of £10.79 per metre.”

“Products all absolutely spot on, the website has so much clear information and guidance that I knew what I needed. Customer service was excellent with clear, timely updates and even when 1 parcel out of 5 was missing Diane in customer service identified the issue, sorted and resolved in 24 hours. I will be back for definite.”
