“Apparently what I ordered wasn't in stock. It took 9 days before they realised this & refund me. In the meantime I missed purchasing elsewhere & I'm still”

“Products always arrive well packaged and in good time. Items I purchased are well received by workshop participants - many purchase extras to take and make at home. Very happy with the quality.”

“Probably my fourth order so I am happy to some extent. Website sometimes hard to negotiate. Delivery times never next day despite the premiums. Packaging really useful for re-use but HUUUUGE for smaller items.”

“Very easy to do. Thought the fabric I had chosen was too thick and would move too much to use, but with the kit, I had no problems with movement. Would buy the kits again.”

“My two lampshade kits arrived quickly and safely. Although there were instructions included, I watched the Dannell lampshade making video on Youtube to be sure that I would get it right when I made up the kits. There were no problems and I found that I made the second shade even faster than the first. I am very pleased with the results and believe that my effort is as good as a professionally made shade.”
