“Recently, I made an error when placing an order with Dance Direct (buying 2 instead of 1) and instantly emailed to ask for help. They immediately responded - cancelling the duplicate and the additional payment instantly. Within days the leotard had arrived and was just what my daughter wanted - she loved it. I can't praise them highly enough either for their amazing customer service or for the amazing value of their products!”
