Hi Larry, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We did specifically say to you before you ordered that this would be coming from Germany, 1-2 weeks (one of the weeks being Christmas). Apologies if you misunderstood. In regards to the delivery charge, this should not have been charged. We have issued a refund for this now. “My recent purchase with CyberMarket was out of stock and would take some time to arrive into the UK. Rob was very helpful in suggesting that he could put together a similar package and had it dispatched straightaway next day delivery as I was under time pressure to receive and get installed. I have needed to contact him again regarding a follow up item and again he was super helpful and on hand to advise by telephone. Product is just what my business needed and with great customer service, would recommend!”

“I am disappointed with the Door Chime Intercom. The door chime function does not work and there is, what appears to be, mains hum on the base station even though I used the recommended regulated power supply. I was contacted by Cybermarket after an email with an offer of either a new unit or a full refund. I contacted them by ‘phone and they were most obliging and helpful. I give full marks for customer service. I would have no hesitation in dealing with this company in future.”

“Got a cracking smsl amp at a competitive price. I ordered next-day delivery and sure enough, it arrived on the next day. If I have any criticism, it is that the next-day delivery charge could be lower.”

“Everything about the Equipment and handling of the order was great except for when it came to checkout where despite the Item being clearly marked 'Free UK Delivery' there was a charge of £15.00 for delivery. I then used the online help service, only to be told that as I lived on the Isle Of Lewis, the UK's largest offshore Island. When I said that the island was in the UK was told that I had to pay a surcharge despite being in the UK. Great Britain on the other hand consists solely of the British mainland and does not include any Islands, English Scottish, or Welsh. Technically Anglesey, Skye, and the Isle of Wight aren't part of GB either although in the latter two you can drive onto them. So either change your Advertising to let people make an informed choice as to whether to pay an excess charge or don't make the surcharge in the first place. I normally don't use firms that make surcharges as there are many firms that don't. In this instance, I was buying the item on behalf of a small community organisation that had saved long and hard for to buy it. I had researched and recommended the system and due to time restraints It was impractical to source another system, I, therefore, paid the surcharge myself. A tip for anyone who is charged extra for delivery, Tell the company to use Royal Mail, it costs the same to send it to all U.K. addresses as it does to post it to your next door neighbour.”

Unfortunately due to the sizes and weight of the items you ordered, Royal Mail was not an option to ship with. In the case of this order, 3 boxes at a combined weight of 60kg we were charged £45, we were unable to do anything on the shipping surcharge.
