“The equipment arrived in good time, although the packaging could have been better, as it was only a parcel bag, consequently, one box was split on the side but it didn't affect the product, I'm pleased to say. When I wasn't sure when it was going to be delivered, I phoned them and it was a real pleasure to speak someone without going through a whole load of pressing buttons, so full marks for that and they were very helpful.”
