I ordered what I thought was a good replacement amplifier which turned out not suitable. I spoke to Lawrence at Cybermarket who explined how it worked. He then rang back after speaking to a collegue and recommended a different amplifier. Ireturned the original and got a full refund. I then ordered the replacement and received it the next day post free. Highly recommend them

AVOID. AVOID. AVOID. Shop elsewhere!! Rob at Cybermarket is quite possibly the rudest person I have ever dealt with over the phone. We received a faulty followspot, as the colour wheel wasn't working properly. After contacting the Returns Department, I was offered a replacement; however, the quality of the item made me think that if it's brand new and not working, another one probably won't last very long. So, we asked for a refund. Rob emailed me and asked me to 'Please package your item and return it to the address below, with your copy of this email referencing the SOR number,' which I did. The next day (today) the DPD driver would not take the parcel due to the addresses not matching what he had on his pickup card. I then called Rob, and he said that this 'wouldn't have happened' and 'you've never had a problem before'. It did happen, Rob, and we have the entire situation on CCTV, as it was in the College's Reception. If you would like to watch the footage, I'll happily send it to you and your team. I do not appreciate you speaking to a customer like this, as you are essentially stating that I am lying. Your tone was very passive and rude. This is absolutely disgraceful customer service. For anyone considering shopping with Cyber Market, I would advise you to stay away.

Easy and secure ordering process. Crossover items supplied exactly as ordered. Items ordered were sourced from Germany and delivered on time with minimal delay by DPD. Would highly recommend Cybermarket for hifi components.
