Item I wanted was out of stock and I wasn't informed that this was the case until I telephoned them. I have the item now it arrived just before Christmas so haven't had a chance to try it yet it looks ok.

This 3U rack tray was good quality, but wouldn't fit our rack without drilling extra holes in the rack ears. The full spec for rack rails includes 3 mounting holes in each rack unit, but many racks only use the top & bottom holes & make no provision for the center hole in each rack unit. The holes in these rack ears were in the center of the top & bottom rack units, which didn't exist in our rack (it's clearer in the picture than this write-up!

I ordered speakers online and they were delivered within a couple of days which was good. Not set up the speakers yet so cannot comment.

Almost gave up and cancelled order. Time taken from placing order to delivery was very poor if items where not in stock at the time order was placed the should have been some form of notification.

Dear Mr Hampton, We are so sorry to see the bad experience you had shopping with us. Having looked into this further we can see that your order took a very long time to get to you. The items appear to have been out of stock at the time of ordering, an error on the system that occasionally happens. However the procedure in this event is that the warehouse contacts you immediately and either offers you a replacement, to cancel the order or to ensure you are happy with the wait time. I can see this didn’t happen on your order and this is very unusual. Again we apologise once again and promise we will strengthen this process to maintain our commitment to great customer service. Item arrived with damaged box and damaged snow liquid bottle which was leaking alot , courier informed me would let seller know ,, i emailed with photos but have had no reply , was told by courier i could return but needed for grandchildrens xmas suprise

Goods arrived with one missed box after that the missing box arrived after 3 days this but us in pad situation with our client

As soon as you alerted us to the box shortage we shipped another box for you. despite the sincere intentions of the seler ,unfortunately, the correct purchase could not be made (mistake of the wholesaler in packing the correct set)

Following an originally poor experience with a delayed delivery and an issue with the product, their customer service team has been extremely helpful in attempting to make good the issues. Overall, a much improved experience.

Very good communication by chatting online but when I was going to make my payment online by PayPal, I declined from payment as I was going to be double charged for shipment. I was told that this was mistakenly overcharged, but if I had paid the original charged amount, this would have been done to my own expense. Besides, when compared to other similar PA systems, the unit is high in price.. Thanks.........regards.
