Delivery took too long 10 days from order was not shipped until 5 days after the order placed.

Thanks for taking time to make a review, apologies that the delivery was not as quick as you had expected. Looks like you ordered around 11pm Thursday 11th April, the order was processed the next morning on the 12th April and delivery to you with made the following week on the 19th April. For orders to the highlands or islands, (Northern Ireland in your case), please don’t hesitate to call or email us for a realistic time window for delivery. We do state on the website to allow 7 working days for delivery. We hope the system is working well for you, and again apologies for any inconvenience with the delivery.

You did not send me the item on your website instead you sent me an equivalent type that was not very useful sorry, when I complained you said to send it back and we would refund you Not we will refund you send it back I have been in business for 45 years servicing and fitting P.A. systems. I will get it in the post next week hopefully you will reimburse me for the postage Regards Mike

Hi Larry, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We did specifically say to you before you ordered that this would be coming from Germany, 1-2 weeks (one of the weeks being Christmas). Apologies if you misunderstood. In regards to the delivery charge, this should not have been charged. We have issued a refund for this now. Said items were in stock. Turns out they were in stock-but at the German warehouse. Took a few weeks to arrive.

Thank you for your review. We really do apologise for the delay in your order, unfortunately as a result of both Covid and the UK transition leaving the EEA, goods have been stuck in transit. This is a teething problem which we are hoping will resolve itself soon. This mean’t goods coming in from our German warehouse have been difficult to predict accurately regarding arrival times.

We do apologies we did not give you a firm date on the missing item landing, this was a result of both Covid and the UK transition leaving the EEA, meaning goods have been stuck in transit. Sent back the Ibiza speaker wrongly advised. Not suitable . All these items should have a return label. It cost me £26 via the post office . Unable to send via any other . M. Grima 07703349892

The service about ordering and delivery of the product was good. However the description of the product was poor, I did expect that the tour guide system was only for indoor use , not clear on the description and not what I was looking for .

Paid for next day delivery arrived two days later the delivery driver reckons he tried to deliver it the day after but i was in all day and never came also he reckons he pushed card through letter box but not one there if possible can you please put the money i paid for next day delivery back into my bank

Upon learning that the package arrived late we refunded you £11.99 the same day. This should be showing in your account.
