“A couple of weeks ago, Rob supplied me with all the information I required regarding the specification of a voltage converter for a that I needed. My call was answered without delay and I am delighted now that my world globe, which has sat up in my loft for many years, can now be illuminated. It seems to me that Cybermarket are a great firm for customer service with a personal touch, which sadly is often a rarity for online businesses these days.”

“I ordered what I thought was a good replacement amplifier which turned out not suitable. I spoke to Lawrence at Cybermarket who explined how it worked. He then rang back after speaking to a collegue and recommended a different amplifier. Ireturned the original and got a full refund. I then ordered the replacement and received it the next day post free. Highly recommend them”
