Hi Larry, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We did specifically say to you before you ordered that this would be coming from Germany, 1-2 weeks (one of the weeks being Christmas). Apologies if you misunderstood. In regards to the delivery charge, this should not have been charged. We have issued a refund for this now. “My recent purchase with CyberMarket was out of stock and would take some time to arrive into the UK. Rob was very helpful in suggesting that he could put together a similar package and had it dispatched straightaway next day delivery as I was under time pressure to receive and get installed. I have needed to contact him again regarding a follow up item and again he was super helpful and on hand to advise by telephone. Product is just what my business needed and with great customer service, would recommend!”
