“Product arrived damaged. I immediately sent an email and photos. Within 5 minutes, I had a call from their customer care. Offered to send out a replacement that day and it arrived next day. It just doesn’t get better than that, really excellent customer care. It wasn’t even a high ticket item!”

“I needed a couple of small speakers to replace a couple of 70s bits of kit that had seen better days. I rang up Cybermarket to enquire whether the AUDAC speakers that they stocked would do the job that I had in mind. Advice was first class, ordering straightforward and delivery was on time. Recommend.”

“Ordered a product that was out of stock in store but on the website it was in stock, very quickly I was contacted to tell me about the problem and given options as to what I could do. Once the product was due back in stock I was contacted again to tell me when it would arrive. Can not fault this company excellent service and fabulous communication.”
