“Ordered the OUL white #1 240mm Gyuto knife which was promptly dispatched and received in a couple of days. Lovely knife ans accurately described. Was sharp out the box but as described will take a much better edge if given a bit of attention. Steel sharpened very easily on 1000/6000 water stone. A few passes on the strop laden with blue polishing compound and this is now by far the sharpest knife I have experienced. Glides through most veg/meat with very little effort. Light in the hand compared to my German chef knife. Very happy with the purchase and the service from cutting edge knives.”
