“The service is top notch and they are very responsive and quick to solve any issue. Also ready to hear your complain. But only issue with me was the price doesn't reflect the extra VAT and Customs fees if you are accessing form outside of UK, which can be a problem bcz the VAT and customs fees are a lot of money. I paid 90 euros extra at customs even after i paid full for the order and delivery fee. it was unexpected.”

Sorry to hear you've had a problem with the knife, it's certainly very unusual for this sort of damage to happen whether on first use or after many years.

“Yu Kurosaki sujihiki hap40 240mm
I cannot recommend the knives from Yu Kurosaki. Knife is mounted ASYMMETRICALLY in the handle. This negatively affects the quality of my work as a sushi chef. The steel in the knife is great, it is very light and very stiff. Handle is slightly too thick for me, it is tragically made, a total misunderstanding in such a price range.”

“Service was speedy and the product is top notch. Though I am uncertain of the rules, the fact I was not asked to show ID (even by the courier) was alarming. I am not sure the procedure online but from working in retail it may be worth checking people are over 18.”
