“Ordered x2 of the same item for Christmas presents. Only 1 was received. Contacted the company who apologised & advised my second item was on its way. This was delivered to the wrong address by Evri & recovered by me after 4 days. On opening the package it contained the wrong item!
Desperately poor service. I won’t be making any further purchases from this company & requesting a refund.”

This mix up is totally on us and so please accept our apologies.
You don't mention what the wrong item on the second shipment was but I can't explain how we would have got it so wrong.
I will also feed back to the courier that if they deliver to a neighbour that the delivery photo of their door should also be accompanied by a card in yours to tell you it's been left with a neighbour, particularly as we upgraded the postage to ensure the mistake was rectified before Christmas.
Obviously we always aim for accuracy and speed in our shipping but got this one wrong.
