Do you recommend any oil for protecting light wood handles. In my collection I have some Miyabi Birchwood knives? They were bought before I discovered your site!
Any food grade mineral oil would protect your handles. Danish oil is nice too but can darken the colour.
Some other options are things like wood "conditioners" like board cream/wax which are good :)
I bought a bread knife cover a few years back and it is beginning to crack. I am looking to replace the wonder 31cm x 3cm cover but am not seeing it in your range size any further. It was perfect and I require another one from you. Can you help to replace the one I have and I can send pictures if necessary. Look forward to your reply.
