“Acrylic sheet itself is exactly what we ordered and fitted perfectly. The packaging unfortunately did not hold up to delivery by the courier (who delivered on own!) and for such a large and heavy package would have thought a two man delivery would be required. Maybe they are supposed to provide this service….. but they didn’t on this occasion. Despite this, the sheet was internally very well packaged and both sides protected by the peel off sheets.”

“Never really have any issues with these guys - however the only option missing - is a rush 1-2 day delivery service. Sometimes 3-5 days is just too long and I usually order elsewhere as a result of this.”

“The quality of the materials used was first rate. The problem is that white faced mdf doesn't travel well, and my order came a bit battered and bruised. The package when it arrived wasn't in a bad enough state to suggest the pre-cut white faced mdf pieces were not in pristine condition. The package must have been allowed to drop on one corner during its journey. These courier companies that deliver nationwide do not handle anything carefully, so instead of stacking all the pre-cut pieces together and then wrapping them, I think each piece should be wrapped individually, placed with the other pieces and wrapped again. However, if want to truly guarantee you delivery arrives unscathed, you'd better collect it yourself.”
