“Strict terms and conditions means you cannot leave the protective film on while stored or during installation. I found deep scratches underneath protective film after installation which could not be seen without taking the film off. As you only get 24 hours after delivery to inspect for damage this is completely unreasonable to expect you to remove the film too. Weren’t interested in any compensation, refund or replacement just offered a small discount to purchase again. With it being a very large £130 sheet it was not feasible to order it again. Not happy at all.”

“Initial impressions were good, a user friendly website and straightforward ordering. Then realised I was being charged a lot extra because it was a small order, so added another item rather than pay for nothing. Order arrived, damaged so could not use. Contacted customer services immediately. Was promised refund and have chased this up twice and still not received it.”

“Not a great experience unfortunately. And I did try to resolve outside of submitting a review here. Positives: product was as described, although small print wasn’t obvious and product wasn’t fit for purpose (my fault!) Negatives: support is unreliable, didn’t return my emails, didn’t return my calls. I wanted to place a second order for the correct product, but the company never replied. Radio silence ever since. I’ve ordered elsewhere.”

“Delivery is taking way too long. Too many mistakes with dimensions and delivery pieces. Just today I received 3 pieces, two of which are cut in wrong size. I am opening the restaurant this Sunday. And this is a huge set up for my client. Sorry, but this is not adequate service for me. I will find another company.”

“4mm perspex is what it is and so this review focusses on customer service. 1. The order arrived (just) within the time specified and it was well packed. 2. There was no communication from the delivery firm about when it was going to arrive, despite the fact that it was a large and heavy package. 3. One of the pieces of perspex had a prominent and deep scratch on it when it arrived. 4. A replacement piece of perspex was asked for but refused because I had not opened the pack and inspected the perspex within their stated 72 hour time limit. 5. My feeling is that a more helpful attitude needs to be adopted if goods that are supplied in damaged condition need to be replaced. With that in mind, I shall not be taking up their offer of another piece of perspex at a reduced price. - this company is not the only supplier...............”

“Received damaged plastic sheet; £120 worth. Outer packing was torn through careless handling on 13/02. Sent pics to Cut plastic, who said they will replace it. Nothing was received until I sent several emails asking where it is. It turned up 3rd March, that's 2 weeks of waiting! Poor customer service.”

“I ordered on 20 October, with a promise of delivery in 4-6 working days. On 28 October, the sixth working day, all you could tell me was that my order was complete. I queried this and was told it had been dispatched that day for "next working day delivery". It didn't arrive until 3 November, and packaging was wet.”

“Asked for a review, what do I say. Accepted my order, then 10 days later told me product was not available, but when I checked still on their web site. Two months later get an email to say my order had been processed for the sample I had already received.”

“Product is fine but very very expensive compared to other providers of cut plastic and materials. Purchased 8ft x 4ft aluminium panel and have subsequently discovered that it was nearly 8x more expensive than another provider. Would recommend that you shop around.”
