“Everything was perfect except the assumed delivery company put two small puncture holes in the cardboard face one of which just touched the acrylic surface. A minor problem which I have got around. The company acknowledged the problem promptly. I didn't ask for any redress and would have no hesitation in using them again. Things do occasionally happen. I was impressed how well they protected the edges of the sheet which was perfectly cut to size.”

“A little bit confusing on the website, as I wanted a sample, buy the time I got to the till it wasn't the same price. However I did go ahead with it and fairly quickly got my sample. It's so small, I simply can't envisage it on a larger scale, so probably won't purchase.”

“I needed a square of flexible sheet plastic cut to act as an internal support for a flexible chimney flue. As there is a fixed small job charge I also ordered some additional plastic parts and beech plywood disks so I was paying for parts rather than the small job charge. The ordering system is bit cumbersome to use as it returns to the default page order settings, so it's easy to make an error, as I did. However, a quick email and that was corrected. Parts were delivered very carefully wrapped. Would use the service again.”

“A bit of a mean review as only one word denied the full 5 stars. ‘Working’. As two weekends interrupted our delivery we wondered where it had gone. On phoning we were told that it would be delivered within x working days, and not x days as stated. Also, one side of the sheeting had a thin film that was obviously to be removed, but the other side made the sheet look only translucent. However, after a quick phone call, that problem was sorted. I will definitely be using this company again, as the product supplied totally fitted our requirements, at a very competitive price. Advice to the Company; add the word ‘working’ to the delivery estimate, give simple instructions as to the removal of the protective films.”
