“Not the cheapest, not the fastest but every time I have used them the delivered goods have been perfect, cut precisely and therefore fitted perfectly. They take real care over the packaging, sometimes it's almost too difficult to get them open 🤣 In summary...very very reliable supplier.”

“Avoid this company at all costs. This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. My item arrived in an unacceptable condition with huge scratches and extremely poor-quality workmanship. I contacted the company immediately and provided photos as evidence, yet instead of taking responsibility, they made me pay to return a faulty item. After they received the return, they then refused my refund, despite previously assuring me the return would be processed. Because I paid by direct bank transfer rather than by credit card or PayPal, it feels like they know customers have far fewer options when things go wrong and simply don’t provide any meaningful after-sales support. The customer service has been appalling. Promises were made and then ignored, emails went unanswered, and I was left out of pocket despite returning a product that was already damaged when it arrived. I genuinely don’t understand how a company can get away with treating customers like this. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and shopping elsewhere.”

“Easy to order at competitive rates. Great cutting service which produced accurate panels which fitted perfectly. It arrived in good time and was well packaged. Lovely product which looks great. The bronze tinted polycarbonate sheets are UV stabilised so I’m looking forward to years of service.”

“Straight forward ordering procedure.product extremely well packed. Reasonable delivery period. Pity one has to bear the small oder surcharge but for £60 our boat cabin forward bulkhead reflects lots of light and creates the illusion of extra space. Should have ordered larger than 5mm radius corners.”
