“Arrived on time as promised, unfortunatly both pieces where broken due to poor handling by the delivery company. I informed cut plastics, sent them pictures, 3 days later new plastic arrived no charge Excellant service”

“Ordered a sample. Never received it more than 7 business days later. Contacted customer service, to be fair a very prompt response. Promised to send out again via a well-known courier. Three weeks after first order, still no sample. Again customer service replied quickly to arrange a refund. But regrettably a highly unreliable company. Certainly would not consider a larger order given this experience.”
