“Most panels will be decent and usable but sometimes some manufacture mistakes and laziness issues. On our most recent order for some reason two sets of panels were randomly made of a frosted extruded material despite the whole order being for clear Perspex. No reply was received to my complaint after 24 hours. We will now have to try and explain to our own customers why their products aren’t arriving on time, possibly facing refund requests.”

“You’ve sent a request for a review but the order hasn’t yet been completed. Even after 6 working days. It might also help if you would reply to emails sent to info@cutplasticsheeting. I have sent more than one email over time - the last one on the 6.7.23. Never any response. Package now delivered 25.07. Everything seems to be as ordered.”

“The products came very well packaged and on time. The colour is fab and what I expected. The problem was with the large sheet (140x45cm)as it was cut with a slant so it did not sit flush against the kitchen counter. I had to cut a slither from an off-cut and fill the gap.”

“I have recently placed 3 orders with cut plastic sheeting. The product is good and the packing was excellent. However, on all 3 orders, the delivery was late. That is outside the stated working days. I rang up about two of the orders asking about delivery and it was obvious that this occurred frequently. I have been promised two refunds of the extra payments I made for 3-5 days of delivery, but have not seen any rebates yet. I suggest that the stated delivery terms for cut plastic sheeting need to be reviewed.”

“Ordering was a doddle. However, no automatic invoice so wasn't sure my order had went through. Had to phone to confirm but phone was disconnected for a couple of days. Foamex was perfect.”

“Product was good but service not what I would expect. Item was delayed but I had to chase to see what was going on. After chasing I was advised it was shipping only to then be told a day later it was delayed and would be another few days. Appreciate delays happen but doesn't take 2 mins to send a pro active email to let people know that.”

“pieces were roughly 3mm overcut in each direction, so i will have to trim them down which all the more difficult because it's just 3mm. otherwise, was well packaged, received in good time, and i guess i'd rather they be cut too larger rather than too small.”

“The courier did not knock on the door as I was in all day and chucked the package on the floor on the pavement in the front garden and it got soaked in the rain. bad delivery service.”

“The sheet is great but it'd be great if I was told that my nonreflective acrylic sheet works only from one side. It'd have saved me quite a bit of time”

“Impressed with the quality of the perspex and magnetic strips but oh, the self-adhesive strips are not very good, quite a few of mine have dropped off already. I shall fit some beading to keep them in place. Not going to grumble, they were very inexpensive.”

“Product was great beautifully finished,however the surcharge of x1.5 on top of the price is a bit of a rip off. They even don't put on their website. Probably small print you need a microscope to read it. Would not recommend them for small orders.”
