“My initial delivery was partially incorrect (two items not as ordered). I notified customer service and the correct size replacements were with me within four days. Given the fragility of the products the packaging was excellent and the items very well protected.”

“Most panels will be decent and usable but sometimes some manufacture mistakes and laziness issues. On our most recent order for some reason two sets of panels were randomly made of a frosted extruded material despite the whole order being for clear Perspex. No reply was received to my complaint after 24 hours. We will now have to try and explain to our own customers why their products aren’t arriving on time, possibly facing refund requests.”
