“The product, delivery and careful packaging was excellent. Unfortunately, I got quite a few scam emails (fake delivery/invoice notices and the like) as a result of purchasing from this company, which would make me think twice about buying from them again. I deducted one star because of this.”

“Very good products, looks just like glass for my bathroom. Good delivery etc. Only issue with one of the pieces I was using as a shelf was the thickness(grade) seemed a bit thicker than 8mm on the one corner as it would not slide easy into the brackets, whilst the other 2 they made were perfect, and fitted all the brackets. I had to slightly file the inside of 2 of the brackets just to take off a knatscock. Would recommend though.”

“I received the goods in really good time. Product was exactly as specified, and of quality required. The packaging was a problem, as the edges of the parcel (corrugated cardboard) had been torn. Whilst the parcel was thus open and the sheets could be seen, the wooden frame and bubble wrap just about prevented damage to the acrylic sheets themselves. Borderline situation. Maybe it might be worth having a word with the despatching company (EMX dynamics?) concerning rough handling of parcels. One issue with parcels of that bulk and weight it that they ought to be handled by two people, whilst there is of course only one delivery driver. Better packaging might be the solution if parcel is to be dragged into and away from delivery van?”

“After a very long time of looking for some acrylic I came across this company in Devon not only were there prices lower than other there service was very I have no major issue but one critasiam I needed some samll narrow pieces and like all these websites will not process any size under 100 mm but a phone call later it was done all ok except the price I wanted some pieces 20mm wide at different lengths but I had pay for 100mm wide so the price was considerably higher great service but I do think some one needs to look at this issue it's like going to shop asking for half dozen eggs but having to pay for a full dozen but only getting the half dozen does not really work does on the price which is the only reason for 4stars other than that I would use them again but not for any size under a 100mm”

“I ordered custom dimensions of 3mm clear perspex to replace greenhouse broken panes. Easy to order, very good value and the quality of the product is good. Precisely cut and well packaged for delivery. Had to wait just over 7 days, but worth waiting for. Good and prompt communication with the company. Highly recommended.”

“I am impressed with the quality of the product I have purchased, the quick response, packaging and despatch of the item and the consideration of the depute I raised re a former item. The reason for the four stars instead of the five I would normally have given is that sharp corners of the Dibond have lifted prior to transit. I will always ask for curved , smoothed edges in future as I am using each panel for Art and exhibition.”

“Good and quick service. Product perfect for need. Only minor critism was that this was purchased for someone else. The invoice provided to them on delivery did not show the vat I paid so I didn't get full amount back from them as payment.”

“Great choice of products & prices. Swift delivery too. We would have given a five star rating but our item was damaged on delivery (chunk out of the box etc) so we had to sort that out. Their Customer Service department sorted out our problem efficiently though & a replacement was arranged. I was very happy about that. The damage happened after leaving their warehouse & therefore this was down to the couriers! Please make sure you check your box for damage as soon as it is delivered (if you can catch the delivery driver before they make a speedy exit down the driveway!)”

“Quick delivery with careful packaging to protect all items. The quality is normally very high, unfortunately on my last delivery there's minor damage to the Perspex. I will still continue to order from here as this seems to be a one off and isn't detriment to my project.”

“The product came to me in good condition, neatly cut, with little debris from the cutting. I may have to sand the edges a bit, but other than this, I am satisfied with the product and will be ordering from Cut Plastic Sheeting again in the future. Thank you for your product and service!”
