Only part of the order arrived, have tried contacting them but no one responds to web site queries. Live Chat is not that it just takes your details and then sends a human a request and says "someone will contact you in 24-48 hours" Phone line is only available 09:30 - 16:00, I am working those hours. So basically part of my order was missing and no-one is responding to my queries, so it looks like I have lost my money for that part of the order.

Arrived scratched all over and said it couldn’t be returned if the plastic had been taken off…. Actually couldn’t see the scratches until the plastic was removed. Wouldn’t order again.

I made my first order with cut plastic sheeting and I made a mistake whist placing my order, I emailed them and asked for their help regarding my mistake . They didn’t respond to my email and shipping was slow. I know my first order wasn’t massive but a little aftercare would have helped. I have started a business and was going to place an order for 60 + items but after the service I received, or did not receive, then there is not a chance of me doing that now.

Not only did they send me damaged goods they won't reimburse the cost. They are thieves don't use them ever.

The size of perspex sheet I ordered required special dispatch (at higher cost). It sat in a corner of my office for a few days as I was busy with work. The item arrived in a cardboard box with four small folded spongy bits (one on each corner). When I opened it, I found that one corner was broken off into six or so pieces. It was then I saw the sticker on the box saying basically ‘do not accept delivery without checking contents’ and ‘ any issues must be raised in 24 hours’ . I imagine that this is not the first issue of this kind. I accept that legally I should have intercepted the delivery driver and made them wait while I unpacked and checked it, but in the real world, I feel that the packing was inadequate and not up to the job for this kind of material. It’s not some kind of mystery process. 50p worth of bubble wrap would have done the job. So, you might save a tiny amount on your margin, but you then get an unhappy client who is motivated to respond in detail to your request for a review.

I recently ordered several small sheets of perspex but I got one of the sizes wrong so my mistake so I tried to order a replacement at a cost of £8.91 only to find the cost of the order came to £48 due to a small order charge, I tried to email this supplier to see if I could get the charge waved and got no response

Awful. Late delivery by nearly 2 weeks. Then order was incomplete and they haven’t replied to emails to get corrected.

Ordered a large polycarbonate mirror. It arrived after a longer period than expected having paid for earlier dispatch (was only dispatched after I chased up the order). It also had some scratches, which I was willing to overlook; however, despite mounting on a flat plasterboard wall the mirror is horribly distorted. Customer service is dreadful, I've yet to receive a response to a request for advice either by email or by phone and its been 5 days since my original message.

Delivered a week late. Ordered non reflective for pictures, but it reflects as much as the non reflective glass it replaced. Emailed cut plastic with an image of it. No reply. Silence. Don't know if they sent wrong material.

AVOID! I have found this company to be unreliable. They state quite clearly that delivery, not dispatch, will be in 4-6 working days. My order was placed on 4th November. I phoned a week later and was promised that item would arrive the following day, 6th working day. It didn't. I rang to cancel order and request refund but was told that it would definitely arrive Monday, 3 days after the 6th working day. It didn't. The manager was supposed to return my phone call on 15th December to discuss the issue but I am still awaiting his call. I have exchanged phone calls and emails with this company, mainly Paul Stannard, and been lied to 5 times by him and twice more by female staff. What they have done, basically, is breach of contract as they did not deliver within the 4-6 working days that they state. If you are thinking of ordering plastic sheeting from this company... look elsewhere

Items arrived damaged. Inadequate packing on the corners / rough treatment in transit meant the items arrived in an unusable condition. After contacting customer services, they said they would only think about a full or partial refund if I sent the items back with a cost of at least £40 for myself.

Absolute scam of a company. Really appalling customer service. I paid for a custom piece of acrylic to be cut & paid extra for 1-2 business day expedited shipping. It took them 3 business days to email and admit they didn’t have the stock to cut it. They promised they would have & cut it next day & offered to refund the shipping. Next day I emailed & they fobbed me off claiming they'd have it another day. 2 days later it became apparent that they still did not have the stock and did not know when they’d be getting it. At this point (5 business days after placing order) they had still not refunded the shipping costs or cut my plastic. I asked to cancel my order and placed it with an alternative company, they agreed to refund immediately. Of course, they didn’t. I had to open a PayPal case to fight to get my money back, £169! It took them 18 days to finally refund my purchase amount. Absolutely shocking, they are completely untrustworthy. Take your business elsewhere.

paid sample for new kitchen match.emailed to find out what sample was sent as seems to be two high gloss online so I could purchase but no one has ever taken the effort to responded.not great customer service .

Item never arrived on estimated date. 3 weeks later still no sign of it. Was told it has been delivered but this was false. Made multiple attempts to chase this up but my emails have been ignored. Currently still unresolved. Waiting for a return phone call regarding my refund.
