“Order was supplied with one fewer sheet than ordered. When I reported this I was told it woul be sent out immediately, a week later when I got in touch I was told it would be sent out the next day - it wasn't and only got sent out after my next email. Very poor service, despite the product being fine.”

“Avoid this company at all costs. This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. My item arrived in an unacceptable condition with huge scratches and extremely poor-quality workmanship. I contacted the company immediately and provided photos as evidence, yet instead of taking responsibility, they made me pay to return a faulty item. After they received the return, they then refused my refund, despite previously assuring me the return would be processed. Because I paid by direct bank transfer rather than by credit card or PayPal, it feels like they know customers have far fewer options when things go wrong and simply don’t provide any meaningful after-sales support. The customer service has been appalling. Promises were made and then ignored, emails went unanswered, and I was left out of pocket despite returning a product that was already damaged when it arrived. I genuinely don’t understand how a company can get away with treating customers like this. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend avoiding this company and shopping elsewhere.”

“Difficult to say anything as my order placed on 15 December hasn't yet arrived. To be fair, the company is doing what it can to assist but the delivery company (which has sent me several tracking emails saying the items are on their way and would be delivered that day, meaning I have been confined to the house from 8am to 6pm) has proved totally unreliable and as yet has failed to deliver. So my stars are for the delivery company as I can't comment on the quality of the sheets until I have them. Same for the recommendation. Maybe Cut Plastic Sheeting needs to review which delivery drivers it uses.”

“I am extremely disappointed as the plastic is extremely thin and as a result you can clearly see the adhesive through the plastic. This totally ruins the look of the splashbacks.”

“Dispatch was delayed because nobody contacted me when verification of measurements was required. Sheet arrived late, scratched and damaged and with incorrectly cut holes. Emails ignored after an initial paltry offer of a discount was rejected by me. All in all it's been a terrible experience and I cannot recommend this company.”

“Ordered a sample. Never received it more than 7 business days later. Contacted customer service, to be fair a very prompt response. Promised to send out again via a well-known courier. Three weeks after first order, still no sample. Again customer service replied quickly to arrange a refund. But regrettably a highly unreliable company. Certainly would not consider a larger order given this experience.”

“Only part of the order arrived, have tried contacting them but no one responds to web site queries. Live Chat is not that it just takes your details and then sends a human a request and says "someone will contact you in 24-48 hours" Phone line is only available 09:30 - 16:00, I am working those hours. So basically part of my order was missing and no-one is responding to my queries, so it looks like I have lost my money for that part of the order.”

“Arrived scratched all over and said it couldn’t be returned if the plastic had been taken off…. Actually couldn’t see the scratches until the plastic was removed. Wouldn’t order again.”

“I made my first order with cut plastic sheeting and I made a mistake whist placing my order, I emailed them and asked for their help regarding my mistake . They didn’t respond to my email and shipping was slow. I know my first order wasn’t massive but a little aftercare would have helped. I have started a business and was going to place an order for 60 + items but after the service I received, or did not receive, then there is not a chance of me doing that now.”

“The size of perspex sheet I ordered required special dispatch (at higher cost). It sat in a corner of my office for a few days as I was busy with work. The item arrived in a cardboard box with four small folded spongy bits (one on each corner). When I opened it, I found that one corner was broken off into six or so pieces. It was then I saw the sticker on the box saying basically ‘do not accept delivery without checking contents’ and ‘ any issues must be raised in 24 hours’ . I imagine that this is not the first issue of this kind. I accept that legally I should have intercepted the delivery driver and made them wait while I unpacked and checked it, but in the real world, I feel that the packing was inadequate and not up to the job for this kind of material. It’s not some kind of mystery process. 50p worth of bubble wrap would have done the job. So, you might save a tiny amount on your margin, but you then get an unhappy client who is motivated to respond in detail to your request for a review.”

“I recently ordered several small sheets of perspex but I got one of the sizes wrong so my mistake so I tried to order a replacement at a cost of £8.91 only to find the cost of the order came to £48 due to a small order charge, I tried to email this supplier to see if I could get the charge waved and got no response”
