“I ordered a gift for my daughters first Mother's Day for 19th March. The money was taken out very quickly, but no progress with the order for days. I rang quite a few times asking how the order was going. One person said they didn't have the canvases in stock and was waiting for a delivery. Another person said that it had been printed and they would get back to me to let me know what's happening. They got back to me and said that they still haven't got the canvases in stock and wouldn't be ready to be sent out for Mother's Day. I had to request a refund and go else where for a gift at the last minute. A very poor service. I won't be ordering from this company again.”

“Ordered the bath bombs and only 2 out of 3 came. However when I contacted customer services they couldn't be more helpful and it came the very next day. Very happy with my purchase and would definitely use them again. They make great gifts”

“Glass Marmite Jar completely smashed on receipt and a gift that can’t be given and has to go straight in the bin. Please review your packaging as product is a waste of money if the customer can’t receive it intact.”

“The custom marmite jar is excellent. However the packaging it has come in was rather poor. (not the outer packaging that the courier sees but the decorative packaging the jar is in) its a cardboard black box with marmite on it but it was ripped in 4 places, and must have been ripped when it was placed in the courier packaging. So while it doesn't affect the product since it is all about the presentation it does lower that.”
