“Flimsy synthetic material, I can’t believe that would be an approved mask as it’s extremely thin and would not stop any droplets. I was expecting it to be at least properly packed but instead it came in the envelope it was sent in, not even wrapped in a bit of plastic before putting in in the envelope. It cost overall over £15 including the postage, and it was really overpriced. Highly disappointing in every single way.”

“Excellent quality product! But not clear on website re personalisation and gift message! My order had my husband’s name but that was all. what happened to Happy 66th Birthday? Very disappointed as order confirmation has complete message displayed! It did not exceed the 150 characters?? Won’t be using UNCUSTOM GIFTS again!”

“Awful! Just awful! Items all came separately, with no insight into when they were coming, just a courier message on the day an hour or two before delivery. Different couriers for different items. Literally ridiculous! The toblerone wasn’t even personalised, it was a sleeve to go over the chocolate! What was the point! £12.99 for that! Appalling.”

“Hi would not use this seller. Item I received was all ripped and contacted them about it. Was told I would get full refund and never received it. Ive sent numerous emails and they dnt answer. Avoid at all costs”

“I placed an order in time for Valentine's day but it didn't arrive. I had seen the same product on other sites but they refused my order as they couldn't deliver in time. You took my order and quite clearly were unable to deliver on time. When I emailed your customer service department to chase my order when it still hadn't arrived 4 days after valentines, to express my disappointment, all I received was a reply telling me that my order had been dispatched. No apology for ruining my Valentines day or and discount as a gesture of good will. Very bad customer service. My order did finally arrive a week late. Thee personalised message had requested to be added was incomplete, as my husbands name had not been put in it. All in all a very bad shopping experience. Appauling customer service. Valentines day ruined. And no refund as requested.”
