“Awful experience with Custom Gifts and I will definitely never buy from them again. Ordered 3 personalised Christmas gifts on 10th of November, I chased up 3 weeks later and was told they would arrive within the week. Never received them. After numerous phone calls, Custom Gifts seemed to have no idea why they were delayed, no clue where the items were in the manufacturing process, and could give no assurances about if/when I might receive them. I insisted that they cancel my order and refund me in full. So disappointing. I could rate as zero out of five, I definitely would.”

“Ordered a choc tree for my anniversary on a 2-4 day delivery, 11 days before anniversary. Nothing arrived after 8 days so rang and assured would arrive next day or day after. Eventually arrived after 13 days and after anniversary. Awful service, will never use again.”
