“I don't unusually write reviews but was very happy with service provided by Cuban visa! Visas were issued with less hassle, quicker and cheaper than if I had applied directly with the embassy (postal application). I have not yet travelled to Cuba so can't comment further than the service I have received which has been phenomenal.”

“The website was fairly straight forward and made it easy to apply for the tourist visa, However, there was no feedback email stating that my visa application was being processed and neither was an email sent to say the visa has been dispatched. I consider these small issues but it would have kept me correctly informed where as it could have been a worry if the speed of delivery was an issue. Overall though a good service. Thank you”

Dear Nicholas, thank you for your feedback. We have check our email server and emails were sent to you. 1st email when you completed application online and 2nd email when postage took place. We do ask to check your emails on your home computer or online browser into your junk mail or spam folder, as It must be there, we do have a report from our email server saying that it did get to you. Alternatively, you can always call us if you needed help in this regard. We appreciate your feedback and please fill free to call us if you could not find your emails after this.
