“I was so happy with this service. I used regular first class post and saved £7 and the tourist card arrived 6 days after purchasing! Fantastic result! These guys must work really hard and are passionate to provide the best service! Keep up the good work!”

“I am very impressed with Cubavisa.uk - requested travel card on Thursday night. Received an email on Monday that the travel card was issued and received by post on Wednesday. Communication were very clear and process straight forward.”

“Well I must admit I was a little bit dubious about getting my Tourist Card from here initially but on reading past reviews everything seemed to be well above board. Well all I can say is that I was not disappointed at all in the service I received in fact I was so impressed. Upon filling in the details and applying I received a confirmation email immediately and my Tourist Cards were delivered in a couple of days. Cannot fault you guys in any way and would have no hesitation in using you again and recommending to friends and family. Thank you so much for making the process so easy”

“Ok, we was told to go to the Embassy unfortunately on both visits they were closed so the next move was trip advisor, spoke with other customers to get their Visa's all mentioned as we will do go Via the Cubavisa.uk Webb page so much easier arrived with in 7 days , no-brainer.”

Dear Ieuan, thank you for your feedback. However, in order to clarify, we did not force you to buy a tourist card online if you didn't need one. Looking into the history of your application, you replied immediately that everything was OK, we then sent issued and posted promptly. We fulfilled our duty as we do with each single application that comes to us. Once tourist cards are issued they cannot be refunded, however, you might keep them and use them for a future trip to Cuba. It is your responsibility to know if you need a tourist card before committing and applying through us. The 1-star review it is completely unfair since we comply in an efficient and prompt manner to the services that you requested. From the Cubavisa.uk team, thank you.
