“I love the coffee and always use their subscription service. On a couple of occasions I’ve tried to contact them via the help email but they never reply. I recently tried contacting them via instagram message and same thing. So that’s my why u only gas 4 stars - very poor / non existent customer advice. You also don’t get an email reminder when your subscription pods are due. You just get charged so it’s important to set yourself reminders if you want to skip a subscription. But all that said the pods are excellent. The next question is how long did it take for the company to reply … it doesn’t give an option of ‘never’”

“Tried the selection box of CRU organic coffee pods when I saw the offer on Instagram. The pods arrived quickly, and were well packaged. More importantly, they were great value and taste amazing. It was good to try the selection and discover the different strengths and flavours, I will look out for future offers and will pick up a pack of CRU Kafe when I pop to the shops next :)”

“My order was due 20th December, Evri never delivered to my address, interestingly the photo taken that was of some industrial doors is no longer available in the body of the email they sent to me. Whats the point of producing a supposedly quality item only to have the cheapest couriers deliver the potential goods to somewhere thats not your address!! Think i will go back to old fashion coffee beans and grind my own...”

“I bought CRU Kafe Organic Coffee Pods Discovery Pack - 10 packs of 5 different Nespresso coffees for £22, some of which have won Great Taste stars. Bought as a present for my dad and the ones i’ve tasted are pleasant. Decent value for money I would say.”

“The decaff coffee bags are AMAZING! I took 1 star off only because it's disappointing to get an offer for next purchase to find it's only for other products or coffee bags with caffeine. I can only drink decaff so that is all I want to buy and I want the bags only. Here's hoping an offer based on my purchases will come. Thank you”

“High quality organic coffee, quick delivery, very helpful staff. I had an immediate response from the CRU Kafe company and received two extra packs of coffee because they slightly delayed the dispatch. Highly recommend.”

“Good packaging and fast delivery, but the coffee itself isn't that great. I bought it at half price, so it didn't hurt too much, but cheaper options like Tesco Finest or Sainsbury's taste better.”
