“I love the coffee and the customer service is excellent! I love that the coffee is organic and the different varieties are all wonderful, to suit all tastes. They ship quickly and are always happy to help. They are easy to get in touch with as they pick up the phone quickly without a wait. I am very happy and will continue to buy my pods from them.”

“Your coffee is great but you never answer the phone, you never reply to voicemais, you never reply to emails and it's next to impossible to get a podback bag if you're on a subscription. Very unimpressed.”

“I was looking for a new supplier for Nespresso compatible coffee pods after my previous supplier started charging very high postage. I was wary as previously had poor products that leaked grainy coffee grounds into the cup. But these CRU Kafe pods are perfect! I tried a variety pack to see what I liked and will be reordering soon:-) Organic and ethical plus great coffee - what’s not to like?”

“Service, and shipping were fantastic. Online ordering was very simple. The quality of the coffee is average. It all tastes the same and is very weak for expresso. My Nespresso struggles to puncture the pod for brewing.”

“Coffee is really nice- we now buy beans and pods (pods for when we travel). My only criticism is the range of pods outstrips beans hugely. Please can we have that range in beans as well? Delivery is good too.”

“Sadly, I was very disappointed with my purchase, the coffee flavour is great, I will say that, but only when we manage to extract any coffee out of a pod. Have no problem with any of the half caff pods, they go through beautifully and so do any other nespresso compatible pods, so it’s definitely not our machine that is the problem. Sadly, the decaf pods (I purchased over 100 of them) are a real struggle, it’s literally dripping through. On top of my extraction struggle, I have sent 2 email asking for help, maybe there is something I might be doing wrong. But to this day I have not received any reply to either of them. It’s been almost 2 weeks now. I purchased on a friends recommendation and I am 100% disappointed.”
