“Whilst the coffee is good unfortunately a lot of the capsules were crushed in delivery and are not usable in my Nespresso machine, a couple even caused the machine to jam.”

“I love the coffee ! I didn’t like the way it was delivered !! No option for delivery the package was left at my doorstep, not the best place to leave it in and I wasn’t at home until the following evening , I was surprised it wasn’t stollen. So I won’t order again because of the the way it’s delivered. The link for track your parcel is not accurate”

“Good packaging and fast delivery, but the coffee itself isn't that great. I bought it at half price, so it didn't hurt too much, but cheaper options like Tesco Finest or Sainsbury's taste better.”

“Very satisfied with my coffee order however not satisfied with after paying for Royal Mail delivery I was given a delivery service by evri. If I wanted a delivery by evri I would of indicate d a delivery by them at the time of ordering. Evri are a very unreliable delivery company and I would never choose to use them! Just as unreliable as ever when delivering my order from you. My parcel was left outside my building for any person to take it. They did not ring my door bell to inform me of delivery. Shocking service , which is why I never use them through choice .”

“Disappointed in how long the delivery took cos there was a problem with one type of coffee being out of stock which i found out by mistake as never check my emails, only checked it cos postie still didnt have my delivery, and second attempt with delivery you used evri which i never use as packages tend to go missing with them, coffee tastes good though once I got it”

“I gave 3 stars because for the simple reason that the postage is almost 8£. My cousin who lives a mere 2hours away pays only £3.50 ish. After enquiring no one has had the good grace to tell me why this is. The coffee is actually great. I love it but I’m not spending a fortune on coffee and then £8 for postage. I could post parcels this size for less than that !”

“Nice coffee but we’ve had a bit of a problem where at least 2 in each set, so far, seem to cause the machine to struggle pouring the coffee. It goes extremely slow to a point that hardly any coffee comes out. We have to keep pressing it until we get a reasonable amount. We’ve not experienced this with the pods we get from Nesspresso and wondered if it is probably a batch issue. I have emailed you but no response (Order No. #1000292601) Regards Jason”
