It’s with a heavy heart I give the 1 star review and the 1 is based on the quality of the coffee. My wife and I have used CRU for years and the one thing that always stood out (as well as the coffee), was the Perosnal and responsive customer service. I sent an email three times to help@, one to Cameron who’s someone that’s helped me before and one to the CEO and not one reply to any email. On two occasions I copied in more than one person. It was a query regarding an offer to understand the deduction and how it applied but no one even acknowledged it. Not the service I am used to or expected from CRU. Very disappointing. My wife and I both order regularly from you but following that experience we reviewed other alternatives which we’ll be moving to once the next subscription order is delivered because it has sadly left a bitter taste. We both work in customer facing service based roles so appreciate the importance of communication and also understand the negative connotations of ignoring a customer. It’s a shame and we were very disappointed to have been ignored after years of loyal and continued service.

They do NOT fit Dolce Gusto, so I need an adapter, Can you reccomend one, or what adapter do I need,

I have ordered this on subscription with Amazon and for two months in a row it’s been unavailable! The coffee is gorgeous but this is very very dissatisfying and I am very disappointed

I bought the sample pack and have now tried every variety, I found them all to be too weak, suggesting insufficient coffee in each pod. I shall not to be buying again

Ordered once, it never arrived. Ordered a replacement again after speaking to support and it arrived with coffee everywhere, packaging ruined and in a royal mail bag to contain the mess. Never ordering again.

I am taste testing the discovery box. So far (4 packs) are all quite mild and don’t have the richness I like. Will review once all packs used. 👍🏼

As a present, I bought a upress pod recycler along with some pods. Unfortunately, this gift was duplicated so I wanted to return the recycler. My email, requesting the procedure after I met an issue on the website, just gave me a link to the same part of the website. It is not possible to return the recycler via the website and subsequent emails were ignored.

Your coffee is great but you never answer the phone, you never reply to voicemais, you never reply to emails and it's next to impossible to get a podback bag if you're on a subscription. Very unimpressed.
