“I am still brewing my way through the tasting box and so far I really like the coffee. However, I miss pods for larger cups of coffee. I was not aware that they are all more or less espressos. I use the pods with an adaptor in my dolce gusto machine and am uncertain which setting to use. I love a cup of e.g. an Americano with plain milk in the morning, no need for crema, froth or other embellishments, just a larger cup of coffee please ;-)”

“Absolutely love this range of coffee if I have any gripe it’s the postal information. I bought 2 different offers the invoice showed both being sent together. But arrived separately days apart when I tried to email to see what had happened to other half of my order I had no reply from email.”

“I can’t fault the process of buying the pods and also the speed of the delivery. I also had a good discount on my first order. Unfortunately for me these pods just are not strong enough for my taste buds. Having said that I would recommend to anyone to try them as everybody’s taste is different and the overall experience with them was great.”

“I love the coffee and always use their subscription service. On a couple of occasions I’ve tried to contact them via the help email but they never reply. I recently tried contacting them via instagram message and same thing. So that’s my why u only gas 4 stars - very poor / non existent customer advice. You also don’t get an email reminder when your subscription pods are due. You just get charged so it’s important to set yourself reminders if you want to skip a subscription. But all that said the pods are excellent. The next question is how long did it take for the company to reply … it doesn’t give an option of ‘never’”

“The decaff coffee bags are AMAZING! I took 1 star off only because it's disappointing to get an offer for next purchase to find it's only for other products or coffee bags with caffeine. I can only drink decaff so that is all I want to buy and I want the bags only. Here's hoping an offer based on my purchases will come. Thank you”

“The coffee is ok. I like strong coffee, so I could do with it being a bit straoger, but the flavour is good. I just use two pods to satisfy myself.”

“Really enjoyed the coffee pods across all the ranges. Purchased on the 50% off plus delivery charge which was great value but at full price plus delivery is not great value. Look forward to another 50% discount code and would buy again”
