“Admiration for the ethics behind the coffee and some nice flavours but sadly not strong enough for me, that's just my taste, even the Ristretto drunk very short was not to my taste. Sorry”

“Very pleased with your coffees, particularly decaff and half-caff. Only issue is the new lightweight packaging which doesn't protect the pods as well. A few got squashed in the post and became unusable.”

“I ordered 18 packs for storage in October. 10 of them came with expiry date in Dec 2023. So I only have 2 months before the due date. I wrote an email to customer services but no one replied.”

“I love the coffee and the customer service is excellent! I love that the coffee is organic and the different varieties are all wonderful, to suit all tastes. They ship quickly and are always happy to help. They are easy to get in touch with as they pick up the phone quickly without a wait. I am very happy and will continue to buy my pods from them.”
