“Coffee is really nice- we now buy beans and pods (pods for when we travel). My only criticism is the range of pods outstrips beans hugely. Please can we have that range in beans as well? Delivery is good too.”

“Sadly, I was very disappointed with my purchase, the coffee flavour is great, I will say that, but only when we manage to extract any coffee out of a pod. Have no problem with any of the half caff pods, they go through beautifully and so do any other nespresso compatible pods, so it’s definitely not our machine that is the problem. Sadly, the decaf pods (I purchased over 100 of them) are a real struggle, it’s literally dripping through. On top of my extraction struggle, I have sent 2 email asking for help, maybe there is something I might be doing wrong. But to this day I have not received any reply to either of them. It’s been almost 2 weeks now. I purchased on a friends recommendation and I am 100% disappointed.”

“For quality, ethos and packaging/presentation I would rate this company and their coffee better than any others I've tried. And I've tried a lot! The organic and fair trade elements are enough to swing it for me, with the only downsides being postage cost and the lack of flavoured coffees. Aside from this, every part of the CRU Kafe experience is exceptional, and premium.”

“I always shop for CRU Kafe coffee bags. Directly from the suppliers. These bags taste amazing (if the brewing tips are followed), giving a wonderful "smokey" after-taste as you sip. I used to buy them through a third party supplier, but have stopped because buying directly from the people who make the coffee is actually more affordable, and who wouldn't want that? Great coffee, good deals and quick delivery! Thank you, CRU Kafe”
