“As a present, I bought a upress pod recycler along with some pods. Unfortunately, this gift was duplicated so I wanted to return the recycler. My email, requesting the procedure after I met an issue on the website, just gave me a link to the same part of the website. It is not possible to return the recycler via the website and subsequent emails were ignored.”

“Very pleased with your coffees, particularly decaff and half-caff. Only issue is the new lightweight packaging which doesn't protect the pods as well. A few got squashed in the post and became unusable.”

“I ordered 18 packs for storage in October. 10 of them came with expiry date in Dec 2023. So I only have 2 months before the due date. I wrote an email to customer services but no one replied.”
