“I have used Cruise Direct on two occasions now and they are fantastic. They listen to the customers needs and deliver. They, also, take on board feedback from the passenger after the trip regarding hotels maybe not being up-to-scratch etc. I have recommended Cruise Direct to others and wouldn't hesitate in 1. using them again or 2. recommending them to others. I happened upon Cruise Direct because the previous travel rep. I used changed jobs and his colleagues were not as attentive, so I went in search. Keep up the great work everyone!”

“The cruise advisor was very helpful securing us a very good deal with the cruise line and applying a discount we had received. She , also, checked different flights for us and came back extremely quickly with her findings. Whilst taking nothing away from this particulat advisor this is the level of service we are accustomed to from Barrhead Travel.”

“Cruise on Aurora was every bit as good as expected.Cabin was a bit "tired" carpet could have done with a shampoo. Food every bit as good as last time we were on it.Entertainment at night was very good,plenty of different things to do.During the day many talks on a wide range of subjects,new films on show some days in the afternoon as well as at night.”

“Dealing with May Malcolm in your Barrhead Travel Glasgow office made the process so easy. No pressure/heavy sales - straight to the point facts. The holiday took all of about 5 minutes to discuss, agree detail/discounts and make payment to secure. A pleasure. Will go through Barrhead Travel again.”

“Wendy Brayshaw has looked after our cruise requirements for about fifteen years, most recently with Cruise Direct. Wendy and the company always offer a good service at a competitive price. We will stay with them both until our cruising days are over.”
