“late payment of cruise to Disney delaying our ability to book online activities with cruise. error in payments requiring duplicate payments and credit card fees from myself. error in cruise parking booking.”

“We had a medical emergency which prevented us from getting to the shop on time . All the staff were amazing and did everything possible for us to the join the ship a couple of days later . Jamie was amazing, he is a valuable asset to the team . Thankyou”

“The agent I dealt with was excellent, I had an issue, though no fault of cruise direct and he was brilliant to say the least. He even contacted me on return to give feedback on my holiday. I will certainly contact him for future holidays.”
